Planning Commission Meeting for the city of Martinsville will be held at 2 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 55 W. Church St. Issues to be addressed include a public hearing regarding whether businesses in the Arts and Cultural District should receive the same incentives offered to Enterprise Zone businesses and updates on the Zoning Ordinance as it relates to new construction/parking/building.
