Work continued at the site of the former Henry County courthouse in uptown Martinsville on Tuesday. The renovation project began in March based on the landscaping design of architect Will Rieley, under the direction of general contractor Frith Construction Co., with plans and funds raised by the Garden Club of Virginia. Ground was broken in March for the project that also includes restoring cannons at the site to metal bases. (Bulletin photo by Mike Wray)
