1 package cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
11â�„2 sticks margarine, divided
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. tub whipped topping
2 small packages vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 cup confectionerâ€™s sugar
Chop the cookies in a food processor. Melt 1â�„2 stick margarine and mix with the crushed cookies. Mix softened cream cheese and one stick of softened margarine together; add the whipped topping, pudding, milk and sugar to this mixture and mix well.
In a sterilized sand pail, sprinkle in a layer of the cookie mixture and top with a layer of the cream cheese mixture; repeat until the pail is full. Add a clean flower for decoration and serve with a sterilized garden trowel.
