  • 1 box elbow macaroni
  • 6 TBS butter, divided
  • 3 TBS flour
  • 5 cups milk
  • 3 cups shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1â�„2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 3 slices Velveeta cheese
  • 3 packages Melba toast, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the macaroni according to package directions; drain. Add 3 tablespoons butter and the flour together in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for four minutes; add milk and cook 5 to 7 minutes until thickened. Add the cheeses to the milk mixture and cook on low until melted. Add the cheese mixture to the pasta and pour into a baking dish. Mix the crushed melba toast with remaining butter; sprinkle over macaroni mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes.
