HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 TBS chopped onion
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1â�„4 teaspoon salt
  • 1â�„2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw potatoes and place in 9- by13-inch baking dish.
Mix soup, cheese, onions, sour cream and salt and pour over potatoes. Mix butter with cornflakes and spread on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
