  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1â�„2 cup ketchup
  • 3â�„4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 TBS vinegar
  • 1â�„4 cup chopped onion
  • 1â�„4 cup chopped green pepper
Brown beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Pour into casserole dish and bake one hour or cook in crock pot on low for several hours.
Serve with corn bread and salad.
