CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise made with olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, pecans, salt and pepper. Gradually sdd the mayonnaise until well combined.
