  • 2 cans biscuits
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 lb. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 8 oz. chopped pecans
Cut each biscuit into four pieces; layer in a Bundt pan.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat until a sauce-like consistency. Pour the mixture over the biscuits. Place pan inside a Dutch oven and sit in hot coals for about 30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked. If using a regular oven, put the Bundt pan directly in on oven rack and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. To serve, flip the pan over onto a plate.
