HOMEMADE STUFFING
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 1 large can chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 small bag stuffing mix
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large saucepan. Add the onion, celery, margarine, bread crumbs, salt and pepper; mix together. Spread in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
