PECAN TARTS

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 16 uncooked pastry shells
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except pastry shells; mix well. Prick the bottoms of the pastry shells; pour mixture into shells. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
