NACHO DIP
Appetizers

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning powder
  • 1 medium-sized jar salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chips of choice
Break cream cheese into small pieces and scatter to cover bottom of a 9- by 9-inch baking dish. Top evenly with refried beans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown beef and drain if needed. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Spread over refried beans. Douse meat with salsa. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly around the edges.
Serve with chips.
