BAKED FRUIT CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
  • 1 large can peaches
  • 1 large can pears
  • 1 medium can pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium can apricot halves or mandarin oranges
  • 3â�„4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1â�„3 cup melted butter
  • 1â�„2 tsp. ginger
  • 1â�„2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1â�„2 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 12-15 crushed butter crackers
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces and drain thoroughly. Spray 3-quart casserole dish with non-stick spray and arrange fruit in dish.
Sprinkle the mixture with the crushed crackers. Combine sugar, butter, ginger and flavorings and pour over crackers. Bake for 30 minutes or until syrup is hot and bubbly.
