  • loaf:
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 package (4 oz.) cracker crumbs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • sauce (for top):
  • 4 TBS ketchup
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 4 TBS brown sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix all loaf ingredients (with hands is best). Shape and place meatloaf into a loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for sauce. Pour over meat loaf. Bake meat loaf for one hour.
