TURKEY CASSEROLE
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 3 turkey legs or breasts
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • salt, optional
  • pepper, optional
  • seasoned salt, optional
  • 1 box turkey flavored stuffing
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
Fill a medium size pot 3/4 full with hot water.
Wash the turkey legs and put in the water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cover; continue to cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is done.
Debone the turkey, making sure to remove all the small bones also, and reserve one cup of the water.
Chop the onion and green pepper and sauté in a small pan with salt, pepper and seasoned salt if desired. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
