  • 1 (8 -10 oz.) fish fillet
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon pepper
  • Paprika
  • Old Bay seasoning
Clean the fish fillet, pat dry and place on a microwave safe plate. Rub with lemon juice, then olive oil. Dust generously with lemon pepper and Old Bay seasoning, then cover generously with paprika. Microwave on full power for two minutes. If fish does not readily pull apart with a fork, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
