  • 1 cup crushed butter crackers
  • 3â�„4 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cups thinly sliced sweet onions
  • 3 TBS butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3â�„4 cup milk
  • salt
  • 1 cup grated cheese
Mix cracker crumbs with 3�4 stick melted butter. Press flat into casserole dish.
Melt 3 TBS butter in skillet and saute onions until clear but not brown. Spoon onions onto crust. Beat eggs with milk and salt. Pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
