  • 1 small white cabbage
  • 1 small red cabbage
  • 3 large carrots
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • salt
  • pepper
Shred the cabbage and carrots.
In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard seed, salt and pepper. Add cabbage and carrots; toss to coat. Makes 15 servings.
