  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 6 slices bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
Cook and crumble sausage; set aside. Line a baking dish with bread and cover with the sausage. Mix together the eggs, milk and mustard; pour mixture over the sausage and bread. Sprinkle cheese on top and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Bake the casserole for 45 minutes.
