CREAMY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

1 (16 oz.) package frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) package vegetable cream cheese
1/2 to 1 cup seasoned croutons
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare vegetables according to package directions; drain and place in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir in soup and cream cheese. Transfer mixture to a greased 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with croutons. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
