ROASTED QUAIL
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 1 whole quail
  • 1 slice bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 TBS butter
Parboil the quail for 45 minutes. Remove the quail and salt and pepper it. Wrap quail with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Melt butter in frying pan over medium-high heat and fry quail until brown. Remove quail from pan and allow to drain.
