  • Toothpicks
  • Venison meat, cut into chunks
  • 1 bottle Dale’s Marinade
  • 1-2 TBS McCormick Montreal Steak seasoning
  • Bacon (1â�„3 strip for each venison chunk)
  • Jalapeno pepper slices (one for each venison chunk)
Soak toothpicks in water for 24 hours, and marinate the venison in marinade overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place the marinated venison on a tray and sprinkle with Montreal seasoning. Wrap each chunk with 1�3 slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Slip a slice of jalapeno pepper under the bacon slice and secure. Bake for 45 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
