FRUIT SALAD WITH HONEY LIME DRESSING

1/2 TBS orange zest
1/2 cup orange juice
1 TBS fresh lemon juice
1 apple or pear
1 peach or nectarine
1/2 cup melon
3/4 cup seedless grapes cup in half
1/2 cup strawberries or blueberries
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup lime juice
Place orange zest, orange juice and lemon juice in large bowl. Cube fruit and add it to the bowl to prevent discoloration. Add remaining fruit and stir together. Refrigerate for two hours.
Whisk together the honey and lime juice. Drizzle dressing over fruit and serve.
