Ham and Cheese Puffs
Contributed by:
  • 1 package (2 1â�„2 oz.) thinly sliced deli ham, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1â�„2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 11â�„2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1â�„8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tube (8 oz.) crescent roll dough
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; set aside.
Divide crescent dough into 24 portions. Press into greased miniature muffin cups. Spoon 1 TBS ham mixture into each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 24.
