Cheezy Sesame Seeds

1â�„2 cup whole raw sesame seeds
2 TBS nutritional yeast
1â�„2 tsp. sea salt
Put sesame seed in coffee grinder and grind until fine but not pasty. Mix with the nutritional yeast and sea salt. Itâ€™s now ready to use and will last about a week in the refrigerator.
Can be put on top of salads of all kinds including spinach. Itâ€™s great on Italian dressing in place of parmesan cheese.
