INDIAN DEVILED EGGS
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
Boil and slice eggs. Remove yolks and place in a large bowl. Add dijon mustard or greek yogurt and stir, adding more mustard or yogurt to achieve desired consistency. Mix in salt, tahini, serachi sauce, juice from pickled jalapeño peppers, chopped jalapeños and red pepper flakes, to taste. The mixture will get spicier as it sits in the refrigerator. Spoon mixture into egg whites and refrigerate until ready to serve.
