  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1 pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat the eggs and sugar until dissolved. Add the syrup, margarine and vanilla; mix well. Stir in uncooked oatmeal. Pour mixture into a pie crust and bake for 35-45 minutes.
