  • 5 or 6 potatoes, boiled and sliced
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 jar Cheeze Whiz
  • Minced onion, to taste
  • Parsley flakes
  • 1 package smoked link sausage
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix the potatoes, sour cream, cheese, onion and parsley flakes together. Cut the sausage links into bite-size pieces and add to the potato mixture. Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
