HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups grated Colby cheese
  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9- by- 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine the soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onions and cheese. Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
