BRONTE’S SALSA
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 2 cans black beans, drained
  • 1 can shoe peg corn, drained
  • 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
  • 8 oz. Italian dressing
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 TBS cilantro
  • 1/2 can black olives, sliced
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
