POTATO SALAD
Salads

Ingredients:
  • 6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
  • 1â�„4 cup chopped onions
  • 1â�„2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. celery seeds
  • 1â�„4 tsp. pepper
  • 1â�„4 to 1â�„2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1 TBS prepared mustard
  • 1 TBS vinegar
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimientos
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1â�„2 cup sweet relish
  • Paprika
Combine all ingredients except paprika. Place in serving bowl. Sprinkle with paprika.
