DA PORK CHOP

Ingredients:
  • 8 thick (1-inch) pork chops
  • 4 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 TBS chopped garlic
  • 1â�„2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1â�„2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, honey and cayenne pepper. Add pork chops; cover and marinate in the refrigerator 12-24 hours. Remove pork and discard marinade. Season pork with salt and pepper and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
