PUMPKIN PATCH ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES

Ingredients:
  • 1 box (18.3 oz.) fudge brownie mix (and the amount of water, vegetable oil and eggs required to make)
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1â�„2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1â�„2 cup whipped vanilla ready-to-spread frosting
  • 8 drops green food color
  • 24 small pumpkin-shaped candies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray or grease bottom of 13- by 9-inch pan.
Prepare brownie batter as outlined on box directions, adding the peanuts. Spread in pan. Bake 24-26 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Immediately sprinkle warm brownies with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Bake about 3 minutes longer or until marshmallows are puffed. Cool 30 minutes.
In small microwave-safe bowl, microwave frosting on high for 15 seconds; stir in food color. Drizzle over bars. Cool completely (about one hour).
Cut into six rows by four rows. Top each bar with one candy.
