PUMPKIN BREAD
Breads

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 egg
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 2â�„3 cup water
  • 31â�„2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 11â�„2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1â�„2to 3â�„4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs and blend. Add pumpkin and blend. Add water and blend.
Combine dry ingredients and add slowly to wet.
Fill pans equally. Bake for one hour or until golden brown
