Eggs & Cheese

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 5 eggs
  • 1â�„2 cup milk
  • 1â�„2 tsp. salt
  • 1â�„8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 TBS grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook sausage and drain. Separate crescent rolls and place on an ungreased 9- by- 15-inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations.
Spoon sausage over crust, sprinkle with hash browns and top with cheddar cheese.
In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over other ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes.
