  • Use any amount or combination of the following fruits:
  • Pineapple
  • Green grapes
  • Kiwi
  • Red grapes
  • Watermelon
  • Cantaloupe
  • Oranges
  • Bananas
  • Blueberries
  • Apples
Chill the fruit, as fresh as possible, for a couple of hours or overnight. Cut the fruit into slices and/or cubes, except the oranges, apples and bananas. Cut up the apples and bananas and place each in a separate bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Layer the fruit in a large glass bowl or trifle bowl. Garnish with orange slices and/or mint leaves. Serve with a cream cheese or chocolate dip, if desired. Use as much fruit as you would like. If some fruit is out of season, canned fruit may be substituted.
