  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • Season-All or Emeril’s Seasoning
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 white onion
  • 1â�„2 bag egg noodles
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 small can black olives, sliced
  • 2 or 3 pinches chili powder
  • 1 pinch dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown turkey, sprinkling with seasoning as it cooks. Chop onions and green pepper and add them to meat. Saute until meat is no longer pink.
Boil noodles until tender. Mix together all other ingredients except cheese. Layer noodles and meat sauce in casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake until light brown and bubbly.
