  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1â�„2 cup sugar
  • 1â�„2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1â�„2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 TBS milk
  • 1â�„2 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
Lay one pie crust in pie pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg together until smooth; spread on pie crust. Lay the other pie crust on top of mixture; brush with egg whites. Pinch sides together.
Bake until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes.
Mix the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together; pour over danish.
