  • 2 whole wheat, high-fiber tortillas
  • 1â�„2 cup reduced-fat shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Non-stick cooking spray
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Place one tortilla in skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Place second tortilla on top. Spray top with cooking spray again. Use spatula to press down on quesadilla in skillet for one minute. Flip and repeat on other side for another minute. Quesadilla is ready when cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy and brown.
