  • 2 large pie shells
  • meat of 1 cooked frying chicken, diced
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 cup thickened chicken broth
Mix the vegetables with chicken and pour into one pie shell. Pour chicken broth over mixture and top with other pie shell. Knife around the edges to remove excess dough. Press edges of shells together. Brush melted margarine on top. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes
