  • 2 or 3 zucchini
  • 2 cups thinly sliced red onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 TBS Bragg’s All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 TBS Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 tortillas, whole wheat or multigrain
  • Salsa as desired
Slice vegetables into strips Place them in a large non-stick frying pan and sauté in a little water until slightly tender. Add seasoning and garlic powder, stir and sauté for 3 or 4 minutes more.
Serve warm in a tortilla with salsa.
