  • 1â�„3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1â�„3 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1â�„8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1â�„4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1â�„2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1â�„2 scoop protein powder
Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Blend for one minute on high speed. Spray a pan or grill with nonstick cooking spray; heat to medium. Pour batter in small circles on the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until lightly browned. Top with sugar-free syrup and/or fruit.
