STEAK AND RICE

12-ounce sirloin tip steak
1 box Spanish rice
1 can corn
1 can tomatoes with green chilis
Banana peppers, optional
1 small onion, quartered
Cut the steak into bite size pieces and saute in a frying pan in oil until done.
Make the rice as directed on box, but do not cook. Add the corn, tomatoes, peppers and onion. Bring to a boil and cover; simmer on low until rice is done.
Mix the rice and steak together and serve with sour cream and warm tortillas.
