GLUTEN-FREE BAKED CHICKEN
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 2-3 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup pasta sauce
  • Seasonings of choice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the chicken into serving-size pieces and season. Put the rice into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly over the bottom. Mix the pasta sauce into the chicken broth and pour over the rice. Lay the chicken pieces over the rice and bake for one hour and 15 minutes or until done.
