SALMON LOAF
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain and flake salmon. Stir in other ingredients. Mix well and shape into a loaf. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray and put loaf in pan.
Bake for 40 minutes. To brown the top, put the oven setting on broil for a few minutes.
May serve with tartar sauce.
