1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 TBS sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine (melted)
4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place 12 cupcake liners into cups of a muffin pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter together, and press into bottom of cupcake liners. Bake for 5 minutes, let cool
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, until each is well blended. Spoon over crust until cupcake liner is about 2/3 full.
Bake 25 minutes or until center is almost set.
