ALMOND WHIPPED CREAM

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup 10X sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
In a cool dry mixing bowl, beat whipping cream until it forms a peak. Add the sugar and almond extract and beat just until blended.
Almond whipped cream can be kept refrigerated several days.
