  • 11/2 pint green tomatoes
  • 11/2 pint turning tomatoes
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 1 pint bell peppers
  • 1 pint banana peppers
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 6 medium onions
  • 1 pint cucumbers
  • 2 TBS celery seeds
  • 1 TBS mustard seeds
  • 1 quart vinegar
  • 4 cups sugar
Chop tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, onion and cucumbers. Soak them overnight in ice water with 1/2 cup non-iodized salt. Drain.
Mix remaining ingredients in a large pain and bring to a boil. Add vegetables and boil 10 minutes. Pack into jars and seal.
