1 piece meat of choice
onion slices according to preference
2-3 TBS steak sauce or Worchestershire sauce
Slice potato 1/2 inch thick. Chop carrot and halve mushrooms. Lay meat on a piece of aluminum foil; lay potatoes over meat and carrots, mushrooms and onions over potatoes. Add steak sauce or Worchester sauce. Top with an ice cube. Fold foil to enclose the food. Place over hot charcoal and let cook for 30-45 minutes, turning once halfway through.
