  • 1 stem of champagne grapes
  • 1 cup soft cream cheese
  • 2 TBS granulated sugar
  • 1?2 cup whipped cream
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1 champagne split (small bottle)
  • mint sprigs, for garnish
Whip cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Stir in whipped cream and mix by hand. Gently sprinkle 3?4 cup of champagne grapes into mixture and continue mixing by hand. Place mixture in freezer for one hour.
To serve, remove mixture from freezer and use an ice cream scoop to scoop two small balls of the grape and cream mixture into a martini glass. Top with 1?4 cup champagne. Garnish with a small bunch of champagne grapes and a mint sprig.
