CORN BREAD

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 11?2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups Martha White
  • self-rising cornmeal
  • 2 TBS all-purpose flour
  • 1?2 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an iron skillet thickly and put in oven to warm.
Beat eggs and buttermilk. Add cornmeal, flour and sugar. Mix well and pour into warmed pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
